马学礼，名穆斋，号文川，男，1953年2月出生，宁夏吴忠市人，回族，大专学历。现为中国舞蹈家协会理事、宁夏舞蹈家协会主席、世界艺术家协会副主席、香港中国书法家协会理事、中国书法研究会会员、中国书画家协会会员、宁夏书法家协会会员、宁夏文联秘书长。
自幼喜爱书法艺术，始习书从颜真卿，业余多年，后转习汉简唐隶、篆书贴及魏各种碑文。初习书法曾师从吴善璋、郭佳荣等。1984年在北京民族大学深造期间，参加著名书法家刘炳森老师亲临授课的书法学习班一期，得益颇深。
多次参加全国性书法大赛并获奖。1997年获文化部、中国书画院举办的“迎香港回归”获书画展优秀奖；2001年6月在湖南省书法家协会等部门联合举办的全国“世纪书香画大赛”中获优秀奖和“艺术人才称号”，作品入选《世纪书香传世集成卷》；2001年10月获江苏省长江魂书画院首届“长江魂杯”书画大赛银奖；2002年获首届吴道子美术基金大展第三届中国书画名家大奖赛“书法精品”，被授予“中国百名书画名家”称号；获“湘楚杯”全国书画大赛三等奖，并被授予“中国当代书画艺术精英”称号；同年获“纪念苏东坡诞辰900周年全国书画大赛”铜奖、获庆祝建军节75周年全国书画大展”三等奖、中国书画报“翰墨杯”全国书画展铜奖、全国第二届“长城杯”书画展金奖、河南省首届“民族杯”书画大奖赛特别金奖和中国书画艺术委员会四海名人书画篆刻艺术展二等奖；2003年获第二届吴道子美术基金大展第四届中国书画名家大奖赛银奖、“民族魂”中国书画大展金奖和河南省“少林杯”全国书画大赛金奖，同年被书法导报社评为“当代百名德艺双馨书画艺术家”、被广东化州书法家协会聘为名誉主席，被中国书画院聘为名誉顾问、高级书画师；并被聘为天津海河书画院院士、江苏长江书画院名誉院长、郏县苏东坡书画院名誉院长、中国武陵书画家协会名誉主席、中国书画艺术家创作中心顾问、画圣吴道子艺术馆副馆长等殊荣。2004年参加了中国书画研究院组织的第四届中国书法美术作品赴日本展出。2005年在香港文学艺术家协会、新加坡艺术协会等多家联合举办的“纪念渡江战役胜利56周年国际书画名家邀请展”中获金奖。获苏东坡书画院举办黄庭坚900周年全国书画大赛金奖。其作品先后被《中华热土》、《当代中国书画名家精品大典》、《中国书法家》、《当代艺人》、《中国当代实力派书画家优秀作品集》、《毛泽东诗词收法精品集》、《人民日报》海外版、《经济日报》等30余家全国性书画刊物和人民日报画报社《中国巨变》、中国书画研究院《中国当代书画名家荟萃博览》被收藏和发行。

Ma
Xueli, male, whose first name is Muzhai and assumed name, is Wenchuan, was born
in February, 1953 in Wuzhong, Ningxia. He belongs to the Hui nationality and
owns junior college diploma. Currently he is the director of China Terpsichorean
Association, chairman of Ningxia Terpsichorean
Association, director of China Calligrapher Association in Hongkong, member of
China Calligraphy Seminar, member of China Calligrapher Association, member of
Ningxia Calligrapher Association, and secretary-general of Ningxia Federation of Literary and Art Circles.
He
enjoyed calligraphy art from his childhood, and started practicing with Yan
Zhenqing’s handwriting as an amateur for many years, and then he transferred
to learn Han bamboo slips, Tang script, seal character and epigraphs of Wei
Dynasty. In the beginning he learned from Wu Shanzhang, Guo Jiarong and so on.
During his further education in Beijing
Ethnologic University in 1984, he joined the calligraphy class taught by
distinguished calligrapher called Liu Bingsen, and benefited a lot.
He
has taken part in the national calligraphy competition and gets awards for many
times. In 1997, he got the Excellence award in the “Welcome the Coming Back of
Hongkong” Painting and Calligraphy Exhibit held by Cultural ministry and China
painting and calligraphy association; in June 2001, he earned the Excellence
award and “Art Talent Title” in the national “Millennium Painting and
Calligraphy Competition” co-held by Hunan calligrapher association and other
departments, and his works were collected in the Millennium
Painting and Calligraphy Collection; in October 2001, he earned silver medal
in the first “Changjiang Hun Cup” Painting and Calligraphy Competition held
by Changjiang Hun Painting and Calligraphy association; in 2002 he won “
calligraphy excellence”, and was awarded the title of “One Hundred
distinguished Painters and Calligraphers in China” in the first Wu Daozi Art
Foundation Exhibition, the third China distinguished Painter and Calligrapher
Competition; the third-class prize, and awarded the title of “Modern
China Painting and Calligraphy art professional”, in the same year, he won
bronze prize in the Commemorating the 900th birthday of Su Dongpo, the
third-class prize in the celebrating of 75 anniversary of the army, bronze prize
in “Han Mo Cup” national painting and calligraphy exhibition, golden prize
in the national second “Great Wall Cup” painting and calligraphy exhibition,
special golden prize in the “Min Zu Cup” painting and calligraphy
competition in Henan province and the second prize in China Painting and
Calligraphy Art Commission Si Hai Famous Painters and Calligraphers’ Seal Art
Exhibition; in 2003 he won the silver prize in the Wu Daozi Art Foundation
Exhibition, the forth China distinguished Painters and Calligraphers
competition, golden prize in the “Min Zu Hun China Painting and Calligraphy
Exhibition, and “Shaolin Cup” National Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition,
in the same year he was awarded the title of “ One Hundred Both Sainted and
Skillful Painters and Calligraphers, he was employed as the honored chairman by
Huazhou Painting and Calligraphy Association in Guangzhou, and honored counselor
and senior painting and calligraphy professional by China Painting and
Calligraphy Association; he was also employed as academician of Tianjin Haihe
Painting and Calligraphy Association, honored dean of Jiangsu Changjiang
Painting and Calligraphy Association, honored dean of Jia County Su Dongpo
Painting and Calligraphy association, honored chairman of China Wuling Painting
and Calligraphy association, counselor of China Painters and Calligraphers
Creative Center, and chief curator of Wu Daozi Art Museum. In 2004, he took part
in the forth China Painting and Calligraphy art works’ exhibition in Japan,
which was organized by China Painting and Calligraphy Association. He won golden
prize in the “International Distinguished Painters and Calligraphers’
Exhibition for Commemorating the 56th year of the Success of Dujiang
Campaign”. He also won golden prize in the “Huang Tingjian 900th
Birthday National Painting and Calligraphy Competition” held by Su Dongpo
Painting and Calligraphy Association. His works were collected and published by Zhonghua
Retu, Modern China Excellent Painting and Calligraphy Collection, Chinese
Calligraphers, Modern artists, Modern China Professional Painters and
Calligraphers’ Excellent Works Collection, Mao Zedong’s Poems &
Handwriting Collection, People Daily, Economy Daily, etc. 30 or so national

馬学礼、名穆齋、号文川、男、回族、1953年2月に生まれ、寧夏呉忠市の出身で、短大卒業。中国舞踊家協会理事、寧夏舞踊家協会主席、世界芸術家協会副主席、香港中国書道家協会理事、中国書道研究会会員、中国書画家協会会員、寧夏書道家協会会員、寧夏文聯事務総長など任職。
幼い時から書道芸術に大きな興味を持ち、最初は顔真卿の書を模写し習字し始め、その後、漢簡と唐隷、篆書と魏碑文の書を手本にし習字し続け、呉善璋、郭佳栄などに師事した。1984年、北京民族大学で研修していた時、書道の大家劉 炳森先生の授業を受け、書道教室の第一期に参加したため、受益すくなからず。
何度も全国書道大会に参加して受賞した。1997年文化部、中国書画院が主催した「香港返還を迎える」書画展の優秀賞受賞。2001年6月に湖南省書道家協会が主催した「全国世紀書香画大会」に優秀賞受賞、「芸術人材の称号」を獲得し、作品が「世紀書香画伝世集成巻」に選ばれた。2001年10月に江蘇省長江魂書画院が主催した第1回「長江魂杯」書画大会に銀賞受賞。2002年に第1回呉道子美術基金会の第3期中国書画名家展に「書道逸品」受賞、「中国百名書画名家」の称号を授与された。「湘楚杯」全国書画大会に3等奨受賞、そして「中国現代書画芸術精英」の称号を獲得。その年、「蘇東坡生誕900周年記念全国書画大会」の銅賞、「建軍節75周年を祝う全国書画大展」の3等奨、中国書画報の「翰墨杯」全国書画展の銅賞、全国第2回「長城杯」書画展の金奨、河南省の第1回「民族杯」書画大会の特別金賞、中国書画芸術委員会の四海名人書画篆刻芸術展の2等賞受賞。2003年に第2回呉道子美術基金会の第4期中国書画名家展の銀賞、「民族魂」中国書画大展の金賞、河南省「少林杯」全国書画大会の金奨を受賞し、書道新聞社から「中国現代百名徳芸双馨書画芸術家」を授与され、広東化州書道家協会の名誉主席に、中国書画院に名誉顧問、高級書画師に招聘された。また、天津海河書画院の院士、江蘇長江書画院の名誉院長、郟県蘇東坡書画院の名誉院長、中国武陵書画家協会の名誉主席、中国書画芸術家創作センターの顧問、画聖呉道子芸術館の副館長などに招聘されて、特別な栄誉を得た。2004年、中国書画研究院が主催した第4回中国書道美術作品展に参加し、日本訪問に行った。2005年、香港文学芸術家協会、シンガポール芸術協会が主催した「渡江戦役勝利56周年記念国際書画名家招待展」に金奨、蘇東坡書画院が催した「黄庭堅900周年全国書画大会」に金奨受賞。
作品が《中華熱土》、《現代中国書画名家逸品大典》、《中国書道家》、《現代芸術人》、《中国現代実力派書画家優秀作品集》、《毛沢東詩詞書道逸品集》、《人民日報》海外版、《経済日報》など全国の30数軒余りの書画刊行物と人民日報画報社《中国巨変》、中国書画研究院《中国現代書画名家博覧》に収集され、発行した。
